Bob King is president of King Land Company, Inc. Our company has been providing land brokerage and forest management services to clients in the southeastern U.S. for over 18 years. We specialize in the sale and acquisition of transitional and development land, recreational properties, timberland and farmland.

Bob has sold thousands of acres and millions of dollars worth of land over the years. He has achieved the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant designation awarded by the Realtors Land Institute. In 2004, he was named "Land Broker of the Year" by the S.C. Realtors Land Institute. He was President of the S.C. Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute in 2003, 2004 and 2007. Bob King has a vast knowledge of appraising and marketing land, land investment analysis, land development, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, forest and wildlife management practices, and computer mapping with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS).

Along with being a licensed real estate broker, Bob is also a registered forester and holds the Certified Forester designation by the Society of American Foresters. He has a B.S. degree in Forest Management from Clemson University and has completed over 400 hours of continuing education in real estate and forestry. Bob is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors Land Institute, Society of American Foresters, Association of Consulting Foresters, Forest Landowners Association, and the S.C. Forestry Association. He has held numerous leadership positions in these organizations.
